doomsday-server software package provides enhanced version of the legendary DOOM game - server, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install doomsday-server
doomsday-server is installed in your system.
Make ensure the doomsday-server package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep doomsday-server *
You will get with doomsday-server package name, version, architecture and description in a table
